Proctor/Hermantown girls hockey allows four unanswered goals in loss to Andover

The game remained scoreless through the first period before Proctor/Hermantown capitalized on the power play in the first minute of the second. Forward Avery Milbridge beat her defender, fired and snuck it in to break the stalemate. 30 seconds later, the Huskies answered when Alexis Wagner pushed the puck in front of the net and it slid in. Andover then pulled in front early in the third frame thanks to forward Peyton Haley. Then, in the 10th minute, Lena Fenske notched a short-handed goal to make it 3-1 before Icelyn Larson added another shortly after. Despite the outcome, the Mirage outshout the Huskies 26-25. Still, Proctor/Hermantown dropped to 4-3 and closes out its four-game homestand against Grand Rapids/Greenway at 7 p.m. on Thursday....
